Why Only Some People Achieve Great Results

Do you ever notice how some people in the gym get great results, while others don't?

Here's something you may not have even noticed before.

Take a look at the number of people who go to the gym and train on a Monday.

It is international chest day, after all.

Then go and take a look at how many people turn up to train on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

See the difference?

Typically, what happens is that after the rigors of life and a stressful week of work, people throw the towel in and call it quits early.

A lot of times, they don’t even make it to Friday. They start shutting down on Wednesday or Thursday.

That right there is the reason why so many people don't make the progress they want.

I want to get real with you for a moment.

When you set yourself a goal, do you follow through?

Do you complete it as required or do you look for a shortcut?

Let's say you make a commitment to yourself to train four days per week.

Do you do it?

Every. Single. Week.

Not when you're fired up, motivated and ready to crush shit - anyone can do that!

I’m talking about every week.

  • When you feel average.

  • When you are dead tired.

  • When you’re stressed out.

  • When your body complains and says it's too sore.

  • When you are mentally exhausted.

That right there is why you aren't where you want to be with your body.

You don't hold the line.

You don't maintain the level required and live to a high standard.

You cut corners and take the easy road because "you don't feel like it" on a particular day.

NEWS FLASH: Your goals don't care how you feel.

All that matters to them and what counts is whether or not you did what was required.

That might sound harsh.

It’s also the truth, and reality.

I'm not here to spoon-feed your ego and tell you what you want to hear just to make you feel good.

My role, my responsibility and what I am here to do is this.

I’m here to tell you what’s required so you can achieve life-changing results.

I’m here to hold you accountable to your goals.

I’m here to get you to do what you need to do so you can have the body and life you want.

  • The physique.

  • The strength.

  • The fitness.

  • The confidence.

  • The self-esteem.

All of it!

You won’t achieve your goals by making excuses.

It comes from doing the work.

How badly do you want to reach your goals?

And more importantly.

Are you prepared to do what's required to achieve those goals?

Only you know the answer.
