Being hungry throughout the day and staying away from food to create a calorie deficit.

To get results, you have to do what's required.

Not what you want to do -- but what you need to do.

You may not always like it, but that's what it takes!

This will help you get to grips with your goals and your current expectations.

  • Are you prepared to do what's required to achieve your goals or not?

  • Are you willing to get uncomfortable and do what's necessary?

  • Are you going to impose discipline so you can get what you want?

It comes down to how meaningful your goals are to you.

If your goals are only "kind of" or "somewhat" important, you'll never make it.

Because you want to only do the fun stuff, stick to the easy exercises, eat the foods which taste great and drink the liquids with the best flavour.

Taking the actions you most enjoy doing won't change your body.

Sticking to the habits which make you feel good won't improve your mindset.

Results aren't found there.

They are found when you do everything your goals demand of you, regardless of how you feel about it.

Getting to the top, achieving your goals and making change has a cost.
