Strength Is Never A Weakness

Have you ever heard someone tell you that they have the problem of being 'too strong'?

I haven't.

Over the years of observing, researching and coaching hundreds of people, I can say with certainty...

...most people have the problem of being far too weak.

Both in physical strength and mental toughness.

Not strong enough to deal with daily challenges, overcome setbacks or deal with problems.

The more technology we produce (and use), the less we have to use our physical and mental muscles.

Work which used to be carried out by you as an individual is being replaced by technology.

It seems like everyone is striving to do less.

Efficiency, efficiency, efficiency.

What if all this efficiency is actually making you weaker?

Truth be told, it is.

While you may feel busier and more overworked than ever before, your body is wasting away and becoming fragile.

People are over-strained and mentally exhausted but physically incapable.

Physical strength isn't just about building muscles. Although that is a great side effect!

The process of building strength develops your ability to overcome challenges and helps you build grit.

This is the ability to do mundane or repetitive tasks and do them well.

To a high standard and ‘your’ top level, every time.

Having a weak mind and body never helped anyone.

It is a liability to yourself and others.

This needs to be corrected.

The most effective way to do this is through a structured and quality strength training program.

It should meet you where you're at right now but also challenge and stretch you a little.

Every time you train, you do a bit more than last time.

Pushing yourself more than you did during your previous session.

That is how you build strength, develop muscle and become a powerful person.

Weakness is never a strength. And strength is never a weakness.

It's time you became strong.
