Who Is The Person Looking Back At You?
When you think about all that you accomplish each day, week month and year -- what springs to mind?
Are you proud of what actions you take and the decisions you make?
Or do you feel like you are letting the person in the mirror down?
Only you know the real answer to that question.
Funnily enough, most people, when questioned believe they are working hard.
They perceive that they are operating at full capacity.
Yet they aren't where they want to be physically, mentally and emotionally.
How is that possible?
If you are operating at your “so-called” maximum, should you not be happy and satisfied?
Your body would look the way you want it.
Your knowledge level would be where you desire.
Your stress levels would be well managed.
If that's not the case, why is that?
Where is the breakdown?
Maybe you're not operating at your TRUE 100 PERCENT?
Perhaps you've never been pushed to your actual limits?
Is it possible that you haven't unlocked all of that extra, hidden potential?
In order for you to access it, you must do things which you've never done before.
That is how you change your perspective and your life.
It's also how you build massive amounts of confidence and self-esteem.
You learn to re-frame what you believe is easy and what is hard.
This comes through physical training and mental transformation.
If you continue doing the same old things and the same old routines, nothing will change.
Your body will look the same as it does now, in 5 or 10 years time.
You will feel more aches, have more stiffness and become more lethargic than you are right now.
Your levels of stress will rise as you won't have the know-how to overcome them.
What's it going to be?
Keep going down the same path, letting yourself down and leaving your untapped potential boxed away?
Or are you prepared to look yourself in the mirror, get real and realise that the time for better is right now!
I'll let you make that call.
