In life, as in The Matrix, you have two choices.

Take the red pill -- conform, be part of the masses and accept mediocrity.

Or you can choose differently. You can BE different.

Take the blue pill -- go against the grain, work on improving yourself every day and become GREAT!

I have found that for most (not all) people — when their health and fitness sucks — their life sucks.

When their fitness takes a back seat and starts to suffer, so do other areas of their life.

It is the foundation upon which everything else is built.

  • Your work or business

  • Your personal and professional relationships

  • Your mental health and how you cope with the stresses of life

I have also observed that when your health, fitness and level of strength is high, you thrive.

The stronger you are with your health and fitness, the stronger you are IN LIFE.

“Everything is easier when you are stronger”

It requires less effort to do tasks which were once arduous.

When you have a higher level of fitness, you don't get out of puff or even break a sweat!

Please do not confuse this with casual or sporadic forms of exercise.

I'm not referring to group fitness classes.

I am not talking about social sport or incidental activity either.

I am talking about training. Physical training which has a purpose or end goal in mind.

Living your life in such a way where you place your health and fitness high on your list of priorities.

Not just saying it. But living it.


People who take the red pill "say" they want to be fit, healthy and strong.

Yet, they aren't.

Because they haven't gone all-in. They haven't fully committed.

They like THE IDEA of being fit, healthy and strong.

Not what it actually takes to make it a reality.

This group of people will never realise what life could be like and will squander tremendous opportunities in life because of it.

The group who decide to take the blue pill, on the other hand, live an active life and have the body to show for it.


Red Pill mentality is rampant.

  • Be average

  • Stay with the crowd

  • Be just like everyone else

I say NO to that!

I say, take the blue pill and uncover your true physical potential before it's too late.
