Rate Your Level Of Strength and Fitness

If you had to sprint 100m to catch a taxi or an Uber, could you do it?

Not only do it, but without fear of tearing a muscle or having a heart attack?

What about this.

You have to take 6 full bags of shopping (3 in each hand) from the store to your car, which is 400m away.

Could you do it, or would you need to go and find a trolley to assist you?

How about this one.

You're going to a concert and you've just parked your car.

But there's a problem.

You parked on level 5 and the elevator is broken.

Can you make it down all those stairs and to the venue in time?


When you work on your fitness every single week, you can confidently answer all those questions with an emphatic "YES".

When you lift weights regularly and focus on improving your body, you have no hesitation saying "YES".

If you don't INVEST any meaningful amount of time, effort or attention to your body. Or don’t develop your strength and fitness, you will answer "NO".

Every time.

That's the difference between living an active, healthy lifestyle and doing the bare minimum.

One provides you with the freedom to live life exactly the way you want.

The other confines you to a small box where you have to pick and choose what you do and where you go.

Because your body isn’t where it needs to be.

It’s not at the level you know it can (and should) be!
