Are You Forming The Habits Of A Winner Or A Loser?
This is a big question.
And it's one that needs answering if you are to achieve what you want with your body.
Strong people NEED honest feedback. In fact, they crave it!
This means being told the truth.
Not being coddled, handheld or told what you want to hear.
Brutal honesty. That's what winners want.
I want you to look at the current habits and routines you exhibit each day.
Are they taking towards, or away, from the goals you have?
If you don't have a clear cut answer, then it's taking you further away from your goals.
Is __________ (action/behaviour) helping you towards your goal?
Yes or no?
There is no middle ground.
If the answer is "yes", fantastic. Keep doing it!
If the answer is "no", stop what you're doing.
You are now aware of the action and understand it isn't taking you where you want to go.
You now have two options to consider;
Change the behaviour.
Don't change the behaviour.
Just understand, that by you not changing the negative habit, you are CHOOSING to go further away from your goal.
You now have the awareness and have made a choice.
This might help you understand why your body is the way it is.
The good and the bad.
Winners become aware of their habits, know the consequences of them and act accordingly.
Losers, either have no awareness -- or, if they do -- choose not to take the necessary actions.
The proof is in the pudding.
