A Storm Is Coming
A storm is coming.
I'm not talking about the weather here. I'm talking about your life.
For the last 75 days, I have been hard at work both personally and professionally.
While COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on most people's worlds and lives, I decided to make a decision.
To better myself and go to the next level.
Enter: #75Hard
#75Hard is a mental toughness program developed by a mentor of mine, Andy Frisella.
This program has taught me so many valuable lessons, in what has been the most trying time in existence.
While some people chose to sit on the couch, eat shitty foods, drink booze and binge-watch the latest series, I didn't.
I have been following the program and right now, I feel un-fucking-stoppable.
No excuses, no deviating from the plan and no bullshit stories. Just following the plan and putting in the work.
This is what the program requires, every day for 75 days straight.
Follow a diet
2x45 minute workouts (1 MUST be outdoors)
No alcohol or cheat meals
Take a progress picture
Drink 1 gallon of water (3.8L)
Read 10 pages of a self-development book.
On day 11, I forgot to take a progress picture.
I realised this when I was walking in the morning.
I WAS PISSED!
Extremely mad and frustrated with myself that I didn't do the easiest thing on the list.
What did I do?
I didn't cheat.
I didn't sweep it under the rug and ignore it.
I owned it. I took responsibility.
As the rules state, if you miss a day or fuck up, you start again.
That's what I did.
I am on day 66 of the program (as of this writing), and have a clear vision of how to finish the program.
The reason I share this is to show you that you can change your situation.
In the most uncertain and stressful time in the world, I feel great.
Physically and mentally, I feel in total control.
HOW HAVE YOU SPENT YOUR TIME DURING THE CORONAVIRUS?
If that question makes you nervous, GOOD.
I know for a lot of you, a storm is coming.
A shit-storm of trying to lose all that weight you've gained and eliminate those bad behaviours you've developed.
Great news for you!
You can get back on track TODAY.
I have completed one of my 45-minute workouts and have one to go.
During the storm — in the wind and against the rain.
Bring it on!
