Why You Need To Learn "Aggressive Patience"

It can be easy to get discouraged and stop working towards your health and fitness goals. Especially, if you aren't seeing the results you want.

But here's the deal.

Any meaningful and important goal which you have, requires you put in time and effort. Period.

  • There is no way around the work.

  • There are no shortcuts.

That might be difficult to hear for you right now. But it will serve you well moving forward.


What I find holds people back and discourages them from pursuing and ultimately, reaching their goal, is this.

They set little bitty tiny goals and thus, take little bitty tiny actions to get there.

If this is you, read on.

No wonder it's taking you so long to reach your goals. They aren't big or meaningful enough!

It doesn't inspire or motivate you to take any significant action.

Instead of halfheartedly saying, "I want to lose 2kgs".

Why not say what it is you actually want?

“I want to get rid of all the excess fat that has been holding me back, weighing me down and making me feel fat for years. I want to become confident in my own body, where I can wear tight-fitting clothes, or no clothes at all, and look DAMN GOOD”.

Doesn’t that sound more appealing? More likely to spark you into massive action?

There's nothing wrong with saying or wanting that, either.

It will kick you into gear.

You will become more aggressive in taking big, consistent action towards your goals.

Once you start building momentum you'll be much more inclined to keep going.

This is where the patience part comes in…


After you see your body start to evolve and notice your body shape improving, you will realise that YOU CAN DO THIS.

It simply takes time.

Most people don't want to hear that. But that's what it takes.

That’s the truth.

I’d love to sit here and tell you, it’s going to be quick, easy, convenient and painless. But we both know that’s not true.

If it were, we would all have six-pack abs and look exactly the way we wanted. But that’s not reality.

That is a lie and will only set you up for failure and disappointment.

I want you to succeed. I want you to know what it will take to WIN!

Not just in accomplishing your small goals, but the big meaningful ones.

I want you to THINK big and ACT big.

Small and insignificant goals, require little action. And they rarely produce the result you desire.

Big, significant and meaningful goals on the other hand, demand massive action. And they produce the results you want deep down.

You will have the body you want.

You will be armed with a winning mindset.

You will develop the character traits and the right habits.

This is how you make your results permanent.

That’s why you must be aggressive, and patient.

Play the long game and work towards forever results.

Aggressive patience - Massive action taken on a daily basis towards your goals, with the understanding that they will take time to materialise.

Be aggressive.

And be patient.
