Strength Training Is the Most Superior Way to Train

IT’S A FACT.

For many years now, science has proven that correctly performed strength training is not only the single best way to transform your body in a positive way, but it’s also showing us that it’s the best way to build muscle definition too.

While many gym goers tend to head straight to the treadmill, the cross-trainer or the exercise bike for their workouts, what the research is now showing us, is this is no longer the best way to reach our body or performance goals. Here’s what I mean.

First, let’s talk about your body. The human body is a remarkable thing. And quite clever too.

After just a few times of doing the same thing over and over, it begins to get very used to things. It is an adaptation machine. This is how cardio works.

The problem is, eventually what ends up happening is, as you do more cardio, you enter into a never-ending cycle where every time you do it, you need to do more, and more, and more, just to get the same result.

Strength training on the other hand, works in the opposite way.

That’s because strength training works on making you stronger…not just tired.
