Discuss any injuries, joint limitations, and any contraindications (exercises you should be avoiding).
Clearly identifying — but more importantly — prioritising your most important goals.
Determining “Your Why”: your deeper motivation and purpose behind your goals.
Thorough warm-up to assess your joint range of motion, and identify any mobility limitations/restrictions.
A comprehensive movement evaluation to view your current technique on some key exercises.
Put you through a battery of movements to establish your current level of strength.
Conditioning component to gauge your cardiovascular fitness.
Pinpoint your TOP 2 goals to establish how important they are to you.
