After the Initial Consultation, we'll know a lot more about you and your current situation.
Once we see how you move, we will better understand your body. We'll identify everything from your mobility, your strength, and your current fitness level.
This data is crucial to creating the right plan so you can reach your most important goal. We use this information to take you to the NEXT LEVEL.
This means progression and stepping things up.
Performing more demanding and rewarding exercises. And by challenging yourself by working at a higher intensity.

F.O.F consists of 3x60-minute hands-on coaching sessions where we will put you through your paces.
You will discover the fundamentals of strength training and the importance of having a quality training program.
You will learn the foundation of our training philosophy and experience firsthand why it works so well.
You will realise that you don’t have to do as many exercises as you think to get amazing results.
Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to perform a huge laundry list of different exercises to get great results!
ONLY THE RIGHT ONES
AND BY USING THE CORRECT TECHNIQUE, OF COURSE.
But, you need to use the ‘BIG 4’ movement patterns — which we will show and teach you.
Remember: “More isn’t better. Better is better.”
