- WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING DO YOU DO?

We specialise in strength training. Our goal is to help you become physically and mentally STRONG.

We do this by using a variety of tools and equipment - primarily free weights. Strength equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight, sandbags, odd objects, bands, etc.

Strength is the master quality.

It enhances and improves anything and everything you do. This is why we focus on and prioritise strength.

- WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO BECOME A STUDENT?

Step 1 = Initial Consultation

Step 2 = Foundations Of Fitness

Step 3 = STRONG AF Coaching Program

- DO YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Yes. All prospective members go through the same onboarding process.

This session allows us to accurately assess your situation by establishing your current strength and fitness levels. It helps familiarise you with our Training Rules, style of coaching, and how we train.

Doing this helps us provide you with the best recommendation for your specific goals, and to see if we would be a good fit to work together.

- What happens after the Initial Consultation?

After the Initial Consultation, the next step is our onboarding service. This is ‘Foundations Of Fitness: Simplifying Strength Training’.

F.O.F consists of 3x1HR one-to-one personal coaching sessions.

This will introduce you to 'The Big 4 Movement Patterns' we teach, and our training methodology.

Learning these patterns is essential to moving correctly, building real-world strength, making tangible progress, and achieving lasting results.

With the overarching goal and mission being to help you reach your long-term goal.

- HOW FIT AND STRONG DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO GET STARTED?

We are more interested in your attitude, and your willingness to learn and improve. Rather than fixating solely on what level of strength & fitness you are currently at.

All we ask is that turn up with a great attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and a good work ethic. Leave the rest to us.

- HOW LONG DO SESSIONS RUN FOR?

All coaching sessions are 60-minutes in duration, unless stated otherwise.

- WHAT IS THE PRICE OF COACHING?

The rates of our coaching services vary depending on your goals, your current situation (training and injury history, fitness, strength, mobility, etc.), and how long it will realistically take to reach your goals.

The First Step is an Initial Consultation — $129.

The Second Step is our Foundations Of Fitness — $349.

After these two steps, we will explain our personal training options to you. This is our longer-term, STRONG AF, coaching program.

We will happily discuss what that is, what is involved, and our ongoing fees with you.

These recommendations are based upon your starting point, goals, and expectations.

Wednesday: 6:00 AM To 6:30 PM

Thursday: 6:00 AM To 5:00 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM To 5:00 PM

Saturday: By Appointment Only
